Open the Free Trial Center
Sign in. In the app: profile → More Services / Other Services → Free Trial Center. On desktop, look for Free Trial under account or community tools.
Browse current listings. The catalog changes often, so items visible today may not appear later.

Apply for up to 3 items per week
The usual cap is 3 applications per week. Unused slots do not roll over to the next week.
- Tap Free Trial on the chosen listing
- Select the correct size when required
- Confirm a delivery address in the same country as the Shein site you are using
- Tap Submit
Important: if the address country does not match the site, the application can fail immediately.

Check the result in My Free Trial
Status usually updates in about one week under My Free Trial / My Applications:
- Approved — a $0 order is typically created and shipped automatically.
- Failed / Not approved — this request was not selected. New listings can be tried in a later week.

Try the item and submit the review
After delivery, evaluate quality, style, fit, fabric, and construction. Post a detailed report from Post Report / My Report within about 10 days.

- Original photos — ideally 1 full-body shot plus 2 detail shots
An accepted review may award about 20 points. A Quality Report can add around 100 points. If the first version is rejected, one extra correction attempt is commonly offered. Shipping is generally covered by Shein; customs or import duties may apply by country.
